Phreed “Win Real Gold” Prize Draw — Terms & Conditions

These terms govern the Phreed “Win Real Gold” free prize draw (the “Prize Draw”). By entering, you confirm you accept these terms.

1. Promoter

The Promoter is Phreed Limited, trading as PHREED, a company registered in England & Wales (“Phreed”, “we”, “us”). Questions: hello@phreed.com.

2. The event

The Prize Draw takes place at the Phreed stand on Saturday 22 and Sunday 23 August 2026 (the “Event”).

3. Who can enter

  • Open to individuals aged 18 or over at the time of entry.
  • UK residents only.
  • Not open to Phreed employees, their households or families, or anyone professionally connected with the Prize Draw.
  • You must attend the Event in person to enter. Proof of age and identity may be required before a prize is awarded.

4. How to enter and earn tickets

Entry is free and no purchase is necessary.

Route A — Social post (1 ticket): record a short video at the Phreed stand, post it publicly on TikTok or Instagram, tag @phreedfrom, and show the live post to a Phreed team member.

Route B — Before & After Challenge (2 tickets): record a short “before” interview with the Phreed team, take 2 Phreed capsules, then return later to record an “after” interview.

Completing both routes earns a maximum of 3 tickets per person. Maximum one set of tickets per person across the Event.

To be entered you must give your name, social handle(s), email address and postal address to a Phreed team member and agree to the full terms. You will be issued your raffle ticket number(s).

5. Entry period

Entries open at 10:00 on Saturday 22 August 2026 and close at 14:30 on Sunday 23 August 2026. Entries after the close time are not counted.

6. Minimum entries

The Prize Draw will take place only if at least 25 separate individuals have entered (25 different people — not 25 tickets). If fewer than 25 individuals enter, the draw will not take place and no prizes will be awarded.

7. The draw

Winners are selected at random at 15:00 on Sunday 23 August 2026. All raffle ticket numbers issued during the Event are placed into a container and five are drawn at random — one for each prize, in order 1st to 5th. Each person can win only one prize.

8. Prizes

  • 1st — Real gold bar (approx. £500 value)
  • 2nd — £150 Airbnb gift card
  • 3rd — £50 Amazon gift card
  • 4th — 3 months’ free supply of Phreed (From Carb Bloating)
  • 5th — 2 months’ free supply of Phreed (From Carb Bloating)

The free-supply prizes (4th and 5th) are provided free for the stated period. No payment details are required and there is no charge and no automatic renewal — the free supply simply ends when the period finishes.

Gift cards are subject to the issuing company’s own terms. No cash alternative. Prizes are non-transferable. Phreed may substitute any prize for another of equal or greater value if it becomes unavailable.

9. Winners and claiming

You do not need to be present at the draw to win.

Winners are contacted using the email address and/or social handle provided, within 7 days of the draw. A winner must respond within 7 days to confirm their delivery details. If a winner cannot be reached, or does not respond within 7 days, the prize is forfeited and Phreed is not obliged to redraw or award a replacement.

Physical prizes are posted to the address provided (UK only).

10. Use of your content, image and interviews

By entering — and as set out in the terms — you grant Phreed a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual and irrevocable licence to use, edit, reproduce and publish: (a) the content you post and tag to @phreedfrom; and (b) any “before” and “after” interview footage recorded at the stand — across Phreed’s marketing in all media, including organic social media and paid advertising, without further approval or payment. You confirm you are the person appearing in the content and are 18 or over.

11. Your data

The data controller is Phreed Limited. We collect your name, contact details, postal address, social handle(s) and entry content to run the Prize Draw, verify and contact winners, and send prizes. Lawful basis: performing the entry agreement with you and our legitimate interest in running the promotion; your image and content are used in marketing under the licence you grant.

We will only send you marketing emails if you opt in on the slip, and you can unsubscribe at any time. We keep entry data for 12 months, except records of winners and prizes which we keep as long as needed.

You have rights over your data — access, correction, erasure, restriction, objection, portability, and to withdraw consent. To exercise them, email our support team at hello@phreed.com. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk). See our Privacy Policy.

12. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything that cannot be excluded by law. Otherwise, Phreed is not responsible for losses arising from the Prize Draw or the prizes beyond what the law requires. Your statutory rights are not affected.

13. General

  • Phreed may amend, suspend or cancel the Prize Draw for reasons beyond its reasonable control, and will try to limit the effect on entrants.
  • The Promoter’s decisions are final.
  • This Prize Draw is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram, TikTok, Meta, Amazon or Airbnb.
  • These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales, and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
