Returns Policy
Last updated: 3rd June 2026
We want you to love PHREED. If something isn’t right, we’ll make it right.
30-Day Return Policy
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be unopened, unused and in its original packaging — in the same condition you received it. You’ll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
If the product has been opened, we are unable to accept the return.
30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
Our money-back guarantee applies where a product arrives damaged, faulty or not as described. In these cases, contact us within 30 days of receipt and we’ll arrange a full refund or replacement, including return postage. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you’re entitled to a repair, replacement or refund for goods that are not of satisfactory quality, not fit for purpose or not as described.
How to start a return
Contact us at hello@phreed.com with your order number and reason for return. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Return postage & fees
- Free returns are not provided for change-of-mind returns. Return postage is at your cost — we recommend using a tracked service as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
- A £3.50 return processing fee will be deducted from your refund.
- If the product is faulty, damaged or not as described: we cover return postage and no fee is deducted.
Refunds
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days, minus the £3.50 return fee where applicable. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to process and post the refund.
Subscriptions
Subscription orders are covered by this Returns Policy. If you’ve been charged for an order you didn’t intend to place, contact us within 7 days of the charge at hello@phreed.com.
Exclusions
We cannot accept returns on opened or used products. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons are excluded once unsealed — except where the product is faulty or not as described, in which case your statutory rights apply in full.
Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights as a UK consumer.
