“Since taking Phreed before lunch, no more 3pm slump. I actually forgot what the bloat felt like.”
“Sunday roast at the in-laws used to write off my evening. Husband noticed the difference before I did.”
“Wedding guest dress, sit-down dinner, dancing after, didn't think about my stomach once.”
WHY YOU BLOAT
Your gut was built for simpler plates.
For most of human history, meals were simple and repetitive — a grain, a vegetable, one protein. Our ancestors' guts produced exactly the enzymes those plates needed. Yours still does.
Then the modern plate arrived: starches, protein, dairy, fats, fibre and sugar, stacked in a single sitting. Evolution moves in millennia. Menus moved in decades.
Whatever your enzymes can't keep up with slides into your gut undigested, where bacteria ferment it. That fermentation is the bloat.
You're not broken. Your gut is coping with a diet it was never built for.

WHY GENERIC PILLS DON'T FIX IT
Generic supplements aren't dosed for the way you eat.
Most digestive supplements are dosed for a light, simple meal — not Friday-night pasta, curry night, or a full Sunday roast with seconds.
A few examples: many high-street enzyme blends skip alpha-galactosidase entirely — the one enzyme that handles beans, lentils and complex carbs. Probiotic-only products send fragile strains into stomach acid, where most die before they arrive. And "proprietary blends" hide per-ingredient doses that are too small to matter against a real plate of food.
Phreed is dosed for real meals: 10,000 SKB of amylase for the starch alone, six enzyme classes covering the whole plate, and every dose printed on the label.
OUR BELIEF
Enzyme support is a vital part of any modern diet — at every heavy meal.
That's why Phreed packs the full toolkit into two small capsules:
Six digestive enzymes dosed to support real digestion. Ceylon cinnamon to calm the gut. 2 billion CFU probiotics hardy enough to survive stomach acid. And prebiotic fibre to build resilience between meals.
No powders, no rituals, no giving up the food you love. Take it before you eat, and let the formula do the heavy lifting.

WHAT TO EXPECT
What consistent use actually looks like.
Phreed works meal by meal — and builds month by month. Here's the honest version.
-
📅 Your first heavy meal
Two capsules, 5–15 minutes before you eat. Most people notice it the same evening: less heaviness, less pressure, no post-meal slump.
-
📅 Week 1
The pattern becomes obvious. The meals that usually catch you out — pasta, curry night, a full roast — stop writing off your evening.
-
📅 Weeks 2–4
The DEVELOP phase begins. 2 billion CFU of Lactospore® and prebiotic fibre start supporting your gut between meals, not just during them.
-
📅 Month 2
Digestion feels steadier day to day, and something else has happened: you've stopped deciding. The capsules come out while you're plating up, as naturally as reaching for the salt. If the pouch is emptying faster than you expected, that's the habit forming, not overuse. Bring your next delivery forward rather than stretching the doses.
-
📅 Month 3
The full DEVELOP window. Three months of support for your gut lining and microbiome. It's the reason the Protocol runs to 90 meals.
Phreed is a food supplement, not a medicine. Every gut is different — the first-meal difference is common, and the deeper changes build over weeks.
Start NowThree steps. Zero faff.

THE PHREEDOM FORMULA
What each one actually does for you.
Eleven actives, every dose printed. Here's what they break down, and what that means for your evening.
Beans, lentils, chana, chickpeas, soy, cabbage and broccoli.
Humans make none of this enzyme. Those sugars reach your gut whole, and the bacteria there ferment them into gas.
Rice, pasta, bread, potatoes, naan, pastry.
How much you make is genetic and varies several-fold between people. Undigested starch is the biggest single source of that heavy, full feeling.
Milk sugar in yoghurt, cheese, cream, paneer and milky coffee.
Lactase production drops after childhood in roughly two-thirds of adults. What isn't broken down ferments.
The tough fibre in vegetables, salad leaves, skins and wholegrains.
Humans make none of this one either. Plant cell walls pass through intact — which is why eating 'healthier' can leave you more bloated, not less.
Meat, fish, eggs, paneer, tofu and protein shakes.
Protein sits heavy and slows down everything queued behind it.
Butter, ghee, oil, cheese, fried food and rich sauces.
Fat is the slowest thing to leave your stomach, and it holds the rest of the meal up behind it.
Starch-heavy meals — rice, bread, pasta, dessert.
Most cinnamon supplements use a pinch of powder so it can appear on the label. One serving here equals 9,000mg of raw Ceylon cinnamon.
Your gut between meals, not just during them.
Most probiotic strains die in stomach acid before they arrive. Spore-forming cultures survive the journey.
The beneficial bacteria already living in your gut.
Average UK fibre intake is around 20g a day against the 30g recommended. Your gut bacteria are underfed.
The lining of your gut wall.
Your gut lining renews itself constantly and almost never gets any help doing it.
Normal blood glucose levels.
Carb-heavy meals ask a lot of your blood sugar. Chromium contributes to the maintenance of normal blood glucose levels — one of the very few authorised health claims in supplements.
No laxatives, no diuretics, no fillers, no bulkers. Food supplement — not a substitute for a varied, balanced diet.

THE PHREED STORY
Hey — we're Robin & Jason. We built PHREED for our family.
We watched the people we love plan their lives around bloating:
- Undoing the top button before pudding
- Writing off the evening after a big meal
- Skipping lunch before anything important
- Choosing outfits around the bloat
And plenty more they'd stopped mentioning.
It wasn't one dramatic thing. It was the quiet accumulation — the meals people stopped enjoying, the clothes left in the wardrobe, the constant low-level bracing before every plate of food.
Around 1 in 4 people in the UK live with regular bloating. Almost none of them are offered anything better than “eat less of it”.
We tried everything:
- Cutting carbs
- Peppermint tea
- Apple cider vinegar
- Elimination diets
- Probiotic drinks
- Green powders
- Antacids
- Just eating less
Some of it helped a little. None of it was the answer — because every one of them either deals with the aftermath, or asks you to shrink your plate to avoid it.
We wanted something that worked at the meal itself, without anyone giving up the food they love.
Here's the problem…
A modern plate stacks starch, protein, dairy, fat and fibre into one sitting. And some of what's on it — the oligosaccharides in beans, lentils and chana, the cellulose in vegetables — humans have no enzyme for at all. It reaches the colon intact, where gut bacteria ferment it.
That's not a flaw in you. It's the gap between how we eat now and what we're equipped to break down.

Two capsules before the meal — covering the whole plate, including the parts your body has no enzyme for.
Six enzyme classes across starch, protein, dairy, fat, fibre and legumes. Spore-form probiotics built to survive stomach acid. Prebiotic fibre and L-glutamine for the long game. Every dose printed on the pouch — no proprietary blend.

“Not a miracle product, won't pretend it is. But the difference between days I take these and days I forget is genuinely noticeable.”
WHICH ONE IS FOR ME?
How much you need depends on how you eat.
A serving is two capsules, taken before the meal. Think about a normal week: how many meals catch you out? And one thing to know before you choose: the enzymes work at the meal itself, while the probiotics and fibre work between meals, and they only build on what arrives regularly. Whichever pack you start with, consistency is what moves the baseline.
The Sunday roast, the curry night, the restaurant you already know about. Starter proves the first meal. Most people move up to Everyday once they see it work, because the deeper benefits want a routine, not a rescue.
Starter · 10 meals · £9.99 · £1.00 a meal The habit · 5 to 7 meals a weekOne meal a day usually gets you, lunch or dinner. This is the pack a routine is built on: the daily meal is covered, and the probiotics and fibre get the regular arrivals they need.
Everyday · 30 meals · from 85p a meal on subscription The commitment · 10 or more meals a weekYou're done bracing. Lunch, dinner and the weekend, covered. The enzymes prove themselves at the first meal. The probiotics and fibre build over the weeks that follow.
The Protocol · 90 meals · from 75p a mealEmpty pouch sooner than you expected? That means you're covering more meals, and it's the best sign this is working. Subscribers can bring the next delivery forward in one tap.

Questions, answered.
How quickly will I feel a difference?
Most people feel a noticeable difference from the first heavy meal — less bloating, less of the post-food slump. You're not unusual: around 1 in 4 people in the UK deal with regular bloating. The deeper microbiome support builds over 2–4 weeks of consistent use, which is why the Protocol runs to 90 meals.
Will it work on the food I actually eat?
Yes — Phreed is formulated for the meals that actually cause bloat: pasta, pizza, roast dinners, curry night, rice dishes, creamy sauces, the lot. The six enzyme classes break down starches, fats, fibre, dairy, proteins and legumes — most enzyme blends miss the last one.
Do I have to take it every day?
No. Phreed works meal by meal, so it works whenever you take it. But the people who get the most from it take two capsules before any meal they'd rather not brace for, and for most that means at least one meal a day. Consistency has a second benefit: the probiotics and prebiotic fibre in every serving can only build on what arrives regularly. Start with the meals you dread. The rest of the routine tends to follow on its own.
How long will a pack last me?
That depends on how you eat, and that's the point. The Protocol is 90 meals: one covered dinner a day and it lasts three months, lunch and dinner and you'll finish in six weeks. Either way you've stopped thinking about your stomach. Subscribers can bring a delivery forward or push it back in one tap.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Yes. Skip a delivery, pause for a month, or cancel entirely — all from your account, no phone calls, no retention scripts. We don't lock anyone in.
I've tried probiotics and they made me worse. Will this be different?
Phreed isn't a probiotic-only supplement. It's enzymes + Lactospore® (a spore-forming probiotic that survives stomach acid — most don't). It's the fermentation that bloats you, not just the bacteria balance. We address both.
I have IBS / PCOS / a sensitive gut / I'm on medication. Is it safe?
Phreed contains no laxatives, no stimulants, and no harsh ingredients. That said, if you're pregnant, breastfeeding, or on prescription medication, check with your GP first — same as with any supplement.
Is it a laxative?
No. Phreed helps your body process food before it ferments. It's the opposite of a laxative — laxatives push undigested food through faster, which often makes bloating worse.
When will my order ship?
Order before 12pm UK time on a weekday and it's dispatched the same day with free tracked 48-hour delivery. After the cutoff, it ships the next working day.
Eat like you mean it.
