Hi! I’m Terry Clarke – Vice President/Interior Design Consultant for PH Reed. After over 11 years of calling PH Reed my home away from home, I am a familiar face in our showroom. My passion for contemporary design continues to grow year after year. I am constantly amazed by new innovations in the interior design world as well as the implementation/execution of new color trends, materials and techniques. As one of our main buyers, I take immense pride in the selection and coordination of illustrating these innovative new design trends in our showroom. A particular area of great satisfaction for me is working together with clients in order to create the perfect home environment and solving living space problems by focusing on form and function while utilizing the seven main principles of interior design: Variety, Repetition, Balance, Scale & Proportion, Harmony, Rhythm and Focal Point. As important, in tandem with the use of such important design elements, is creating a collaborative relationship with clients to create successfully designed living spaces which best exemplifies their own passions and lives. Although I spend the majority of my showroom time working with our vendors, freight companies and manufacturer’s sales reps, and basically being the behind-the-scenes nuts and bolts of our organization, the best joy for me still (and I suspect always will be) is interacting with our wonderful clientele and assisting in making the very best interior design selections.
