My interior design career began with my family’s shoe business. My favorite after-school activities were space-plannin g, store fixture design and visual merchandising. I was the best 12-year old designer in my hometown! My parents taught me many things; the most important was how to LISTEN. Now, after 25 years in Interior Design, retail, fashion and visual merchandising, I am still listening. I have a very long history here at PH Reed – over 13 years, so I am a very familiar face both in the Pearl District as well as around Portland.
